The room is clean. Nice staff. They welcomed us warmly. Shoutout to Mr. Gabor. He helped us organize our trip back home smoothly. He always greet the guests that passed by with a smile even if he is answering hundreds of calls. And he also not neglected us while waiting at the lounge. . Breakfast is good but needs a little improvement. We stayed for 5 nights and the choices are the same. But because it is always fresh, and lots of variety, we still enjoyed it. There is also a mall and a lot of restaurants nearby which is a savior.

Very clean and in a fantastic location super close to heaps of food, shops, mall etc. Very family friendly - little playground for kiddies, books and colouring in books + highchairs at breakfast, cot provided for our toddler in the room. We were upgraded from a 1 bed to a 2 bed which we appreciated so much. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and the apartment was really well set up so we really enjoyed our stay. Included breakfast was really good! All the staff we met were super lovely too.

The apartment was perfect for my break. It is just 100m from restaurants, cafes and shopping mall with a nice grocery store and decathlon in it. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Mr Gabor at the reception would provide info and assist with anything. More importantly, he made guests feel welcomed. Breakfast was great. House keepers showed up everyday. I was on the ground floor with a little garden too. There was a locked garage to store my bicycle safely for a week. Perfect.

Escala was conveniently located. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast excellent. They actually went above and beyond after I mentioned that my airline put me on standby. Offered to hold the room in case I need to stay 1 more night. I wrote an email around 4 pm from the airport when it was clear that I will depart. Thank you, Gregory! And thanks to Everyone! I am looking forward to visit again soon

Specious and beautiful apartment located at the 9th floor with a fantastic view. Large terrace, surrounding the apartment from two sides. Great location, near metro and tram stations and just 5 min walk from a shopping centre, restaurants and bars. Great place for a family stay!

The apartment was very big, spacious and clean. All the facilities you may need in the house, the kitchen was very well equipped. Breakfast very diverse and great coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and choose again, when the weather is warmer.

Hotel is in a great location. It is beside a great shopping centre and only 15 mins walk from Danube river and main tourist area .

The location of the hotel was so close to the centre, and the M3 undergoing where takes you everywhere.

The room was good and equipped with all necessary things of a home. The breakfast was good and had a good area with a nice spread of assorted food. Was nice and the staff was also helpful. The location was assessable by train and metro station is very close by. Its quite close to the mall wherein you get anything what is required so no hassles at all.
