We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were impressed with every aspect of our visit. The entire property was spotless, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request, which made us feel truly cared for. The breakfast was a real highlight—delicious, abundant, and offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. There was freshly brewed coffee and tea, buttery croissants, a nice selection of cheeses and cold cuts, sausages, and a hot dish that changed daily. Everything was fresh and well-stocked throughout the morning. We also really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return or recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Good facilities in the rooms (we used the washing machine a few times and dried clothes quickly, and made our own meals there). We asked for two rooms close to each other and were given two rooms next door, which was great. The cleaning service was good. All staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and the breakfast staff were excellent. It was nice to have a balcony in the room too. Air con in the rooms was welcome.

Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruit, and hot options like eggs and bacon. The breakfast area was bright and clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our suite was fantastic, with plenty of space and privacy for our family. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were a real plus, giving everyone their own space. The comfortable living area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare our meals and snacks. The in-suite laundry was also very convenient, and the extra storage room helped us keep our luggage out of sight and the suite tidy. The suite was tastefully decorated and felt just like home. The hotel's location was excellent, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a Metro station nearby, making it easy to get around the city.

The location is perfect. A little away from the city centre, but very calm and accessible by public transport. Metro M3 and tram 4-6 are just a short walk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Love to have the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room.

We arrived very early /12:00/ and just went to ask if we could leave the car in the parking lot - the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing, he not only let us park the car, but also checked the readiness of the room and let us in. The room was beautiful, huge and spotless. All the staff we met were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. We attended a concert at the MVM and the location of the hotel is just two metro stops away from the venue. You can reach the metro station from the hotel in a few minutes. I also need to mention the bed is very comfortable with proper pillow what I appreciate a lot :) Overall thank you for a great stay, next time we will take our daughter to enjoy Budapest for more than 1 day with us :)

Great location! Close to metro and some restaurants and a grocery to store to grab breakfast/snack items. Large suite, comfortable beds and very nice deck. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Check in process was quick and easy and was able to pay upon arrival rather than in advance. Nice to have someone at the front desk 24/7.

A large and bright room with all necessary household appliances, just like in an apartment. The room was cleaned every day. The place is conveniently located near the subway, and around the corner there is a shopping center and many different restaurants. Very quiet and pleasant area.

As a stag do of 13 fellas we never treated as an inconvenience me and the rest of the lads all said the same. We were surprised that such a nice hotel was so accommodating to us. If I ever visited Budapest again this would be the only hotel I would stay at

The room is clean. Nice staff. They welcomed us warmly. Shoutout to Mr. Gabor. He helped us organize our trip back home smoothly. He always greet the guests that passed by with a smile even if he is answering hundreds of calls. And he also not neglected us while waiting at the lounge. . Breakfast is good but needs a little improvement. We stayed for 5 nights and the choices are the same. But because it is always fresh, and lots of variety, we still enjoyed it. There is also a mall and a lot of restaurants nearby which is a savior.
